Authentic Workforce is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven HR Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for multiple hiring requirements across various industries.Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports.
Achieve hiring targets within deadlines.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
Eligibility
Freshers and Experienced Candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Email.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple vacancies.
Experience in recruitment or manpower staffing is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
